We are seeking a SERVER and BACKWAITER, both should be experienced and energetic individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for food and beverage. REQUIREMENTS: *At least 3+ years FINE DINING pre-fixed menu experience and the desire to grow and learn within our team. Michelin experience is a plus. *Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, handling orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a tidy dining space while managing a fast-paced service *Effectively communicate with guests, managers, and colleagues *Strong attention to detail and desire to collaborate with fellow servers and work as a team *Extensive product knowledge, especially when it come to ingredients, food techniques and wine from around the world *Must be able to obtain all necessary certifications including but not limited to Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service *Flexible schedule, PM shifts only, and weekends are a must *Ability to lift 25-40 lbs (e.g. case of wine) and walk up and down stairs carrying items and boxes We hope to create a team who thrives on hospitality and creating an exceptional experience. Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour. This role is considered entry-level. Part-time:  Sunday: 3:00-9:00pm Monday: 3:00-11:00pm Job Responsibilities: Provide quality customer service to all members and guests within the locker room. Deliver a high level of hospitality & integrity, while providing a world-class experience, to help our members live well. Use prescribed cleaners to clean all surfaces (including but not limited to mirrors, tiles, stainless, toilets, carpets, showers, steam, sauna, and lockers). Quickly and effectively collect towels for laundry and ensure clean towels are adequately stocked in both the locker room and the Spa. Stock all supplies throughout the locker room (including but not limited to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hairbrushes, Q-tips, tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels).
