The Gutter is looking for an energetic and motivated part time floor manager. You will help maintain the bowling lane machines, create a great customer experience, and make sure our floor staff has what it needs to be excellent. We need someone hands-on who can be a great communicator. Bar and/or restaurant experience is a must. Mechanical aptitude is important, and our in-house licensed mechanic will provide lane training. The Gutter is a late night operation that runs until 2 am every night. This position may be expected to work weekends and closing shifts that may end at 2:30am -------- COMPANY INFO The Gutter Bar was founded in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2007 with 8 vintage bowling lanes, a small music venue, and a focus on American independent craft beer. As a lead member of our front-of-house service team, you greet customers, make, and confirm reservations, and manage waitstaff to ensure the highest possible standards of service. You are responsible for creating the schedule for the host/hostess.
