Join our team at The Riviera Country Club as an AM Lead Cook! This is a hands-on role where you’ll prepare all staff/family meals, assist with banquet events, support line cooks in our restaurant outlets, and manage deliveries and food storage areas. Must maintain a clean and organized work station. Punctuality is always important and a must in order to prepare, produce and send out the freshest breads and desserts. Must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and always be respectful to the other coworkers in the kitchen. Operating hours are early mornings to midday shift. Approximately 25 to 35 hours per week. Duties and tasks include: Helping to create and construct desserts, including a variety of cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cornbreads, sheet cakes, puddings, biscuits. As well as themed styled desserts for holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving. We are looking to hire for the position ASAP. $22.00 to $24.00 per hour to start D.O.E.
