We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and instructions • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas • Follow all health code regulations and food safety standards • Assist with daily prep work and stock rotation • Set up and break down cooking stations before and after shifts • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations • Dispose of waste properly and maintain organized storage areas • Perform other typical line cook duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager Qualifications • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a commercial kitchen • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness • Excellent teamwork and communication skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
