What You’ll Do: *Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience by attending to their needs promptly and efficiently. *Keep the service bar running smoothly with impeccable organization and attention to detail. *Support bartenders by maintaining bar stock, cleanliness, and equipment. *Contribute to the lively, energetic atmosphere while upholding health and safety standards. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years of barback or equivalent experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is required. Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant etiquette and health/safety regulations. Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication. Organization: Ability to efficiently manage a busy service bar. Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts, including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and occasional Thursdays.
