Karma Kava Bar, Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our growing family. Shift variance available (A.M and P.M 8am-2am) Responsibilities: Prepare non-alcohol plant based mixed drinks & are familiar with tap machines. Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Establish CONNECTIONS, serve with URGENCY, and maintain POSITIVE ENERGY. Assess customers needs preferences and recommendations. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food & beverage regulations. Qualifications: Must be 18 yrs of age, reliable transportation, Valid ID. Bartender/Server/Barista experience. Proficient ability to create, mix, garnish and serve drinks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
