Move umbrellas for guest throughout service to provide maximum coverage while eating and remove at closing 24. Break down kitchen line 25. Break down cardboard boxes and stack neatly in assigned area 26. Ensure all dumpster lids are always closed, and area remains clean. 27. Ensure back doors always remain closed 28. Ensure timely rest periods and meal breaks are taken timely 29. Clean break rooms before, during, and after service 30. Inform MOD when stock items are low 31. Always allow guests to have the right of way 32. Always follow safety procedures and protocols including wearing non-slip shoes while on duty Side Work / Running Side Work 1.
