Back Waiter/Bussers: Responsibilities: Assist guests by clearing dishes, ensuring they have what they need, and maintaining a steady dining pace. Must also be able to make coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte). Requires fast, organized, detail-oriented individuals with a strong sense of priority. Requirements: Candidates must be actively employed in a fine-dining environment with at least one year of experience. Candidate without experience in fine dining will not be considered. Availability: Weekdays, weekends, and holidays from 4 p.m. Runners: Responsibilities: Act as the link between the kitchen and the front-of-house, expedite dishes, and explain the menu to guests. Strong communication, attention to detail, and quick service are essential. Requirements: Candidates must be actively employed in a fine-dining environment with at least one year of experience. Candidate without experience in fine dining will not be considered.
