Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing ingredient inventory, reporting shortages, and suggesting ordering needs. Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team, including chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers, to maintain a positive work environment and achieve overall kitchen goals. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: Strong knowledge of grill cooking techniques, including temperature control and timing. Familiarity with various cuts of meat, seafood, and vegetables, and the ability to cook them to desired levels of doneness. Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays. Requirements Minimum 2 years caregiver experience in a Healthcare or Recuperative Care environment (preferred). Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Must be able to work a schedule with five (5) eight (8) hour shifts. Current BLS certification preferred, but not required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, guests, and visitors. Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred. TB test required. Fingerprint live scan /background required. Physical Requirements The duties as described will required standing and walking 90% of the time. The employee will frequently bend/stoop, squat, reach above the shoulders, twist, and turn, kneel, and push/pull. The employee will frequently be required to lift/pull/push/move up to 50 pounds. Your first priority will be to ensure all scopes of work are executed in the buildings you are responsible for. you do this by meeting with crew supervisor (IC) and reviewing the scope, providing building"s specific details, communicating complaints and requests, confirming (with photos) that complaints and requests are resolved, managing crews who are completing nighttime projects like floor work, and completing administrative tasks like sending nightly inspection recaps and closing out tasks in the company software.
