Responsibilities and Initiatives To help NHF meet its growth goals, the Guest Services Associate will: Ensure safety and security of recuperative care facility. Conduct daily facility and equipment inspections. Conduct constant room checks throughout the day. Perform guest intake responsibilities, ensuring that all guests are greeted and provided with a detailed orientation of program guidelines, when applicable.
