You’ll greet guests with a smile, take and serve orders, keep the dining area clean and organized, and make sure every customer leaves happy. Key Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist with menu questions and recommendations. • Take accurate orders using the POS system and ensure smooth handoff to the kitchen. • Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality presentation. • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, beverage station, and restrooms. • Handle payments and balance cash drawers when applicable. • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure fast, accurate service. • Manage takeout and online orders efficiently. • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints or feedback professionally. • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Qualifications • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required. • Strong communication and people skills. • Reliable, punctual, and a team player. • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. • Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) system skills. • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
