You will deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations, helping students gain the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their beauty careers, particularly in areas such as skincare, makeup artistry, and advanced esthetics techniques. Key Responsibilities: Conduct instructional sessions in both theory and practical applications of esthetics. Assess student performance and provide constructive critiques on work and techniques. Collaborate regularly with other instructors to maintain educational excellence. Requirements Qualifications: Must possess an Illinois State Educator License Teaching License Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred. Teaching or instructional experience is a plus. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for educating and mentoring future beauty professionals. Ability to adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Available for Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.
