House Keeper - NOT LOOKING FOR A SERVICE LOOKING FOR FULL TIME PERSON (Pompano Beach)

We are a warm, welcoming family of six — two busy working parents and four energetic boys who attend different schools. Life in our household can be lively and a little hectic, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to help keep everything running smoothly. This is a private, in-home position (not through an agency or service), and the right candidate will quickly become a valued and trusted part of our family’s daily life. Our house is not huge or even over 1,800 square feet it's just that with so many of us and things going on it quickly gets messy. We are hard working people looking for a honest person who will work as hard at our house as we do each day.  Key Responsibilities Your role will focus on creating a clean, comfortable, and well-organized environment for our family. Tasks include: Daily upkeep: Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and emptying trash to keep all living spaces fresh. Weekly Or As Needed / Deep cleaning: Wiping down surfaces, cleaning baseboards, scrubbing bathrooms, tidying the kitchen, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the home. Laundry & organization: Washing, folding, and putting away clothes; light organizing of closets, pantry, and laundry room. Windows & appliances: Washing windows, cleaning the refrigerator, and helping maintain other household appliances as needed. Outdoor upkeep: Light tidying of outdoor living areas to keep them welcoming and family-friendly. Ocasional Ligh Meal Prep: Preparing simple, family-favorite meals such as pasta, tacos, or other easy, wholesome dishes. Also our kitchen is yours if you love to make something and want to make some for your self and our family we also welcome this as well.  General support: Assisting with other household needs that come up, helping the home run smoothly day to day. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Proactive & dependable: Able to take initiative and manage responsibilities without constant reminders. Detail-oriented: Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized home. Family-friendly: Comfortable working in a busy household with children. Health-conscious: Willing to use gentle, low-chemical cleaning methods (we prefer natural solutions such as vinegar, baking soda, and salt for many surfaces and fabrics). Trustworthy: Reliability and consistency are essential, as this role is central to the flow of our household. We are not a micromanagement household — we appreciate someone who can see what needs to be done and take care of it. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch break) Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly via Zelle Important Notes This is a personal household position, not open to cleaning services or agencies. Punctuality, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping our family are essential.
