Description

We are seeking a lively and enthusiastic Soccer Coach to lead engaging soccer classes at a local daycare/schools! The Coach will guide children through playful and educational activities while maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with kids (as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader) and genuinely enjoys being around children. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can expect to lead 3–6 classes per week, with pay ranging from $15 to $20 per hour. Our Coaches give individualized attention to help every child succeed. Our Coaches create a fun, pressure-free atmosphere by using a non-competitive approach. Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to motivate kids, celebrate achievements, and build confidence. Most importantly, our Coaches have fun! They are open-minded, understand that coaching is a learning process, and welcome feedback to improve by attending ongoing trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual. Requirements Must be available to work a combination of morning and afternoon shifts Previous experience working with children. Must reliable and consistently punctual. Soccer background is a plus. Should be enthusiastic, energetic, patient, positive, and attentive. Ability to establish and maintain strong connections with directors, teachers, parents, and children. Responsible for keeping class rosters organized. Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation. Required to pass a background check, complete SafeSport training, and obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Flexible with scheduling. Open to growth and continuous learning. Willing and able to travel to different class locations. Benefits Earn between $100 and $200 for each coach you refer through our referral program.
