Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Charlotte, NC At Lynx Therapeutics, we are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring that our team members can focus on delivering innovative solutions in the field of therapeutics. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our workplace. Key Responsibilities: Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document organization. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations as requested. Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain personnel files. Respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the office is stocked with supplies and manage orders accordingly. Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
