Job description Escrow Manager/ coordinator to a Nationwide Private Real Estate Lender located in Las Vegas. Must have one or more of the following experience to be considered Escrow, Title insurance, Loan Underwriting, Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Insurance Underwriting, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Real Estate assistant, Real Estate appraisal EXPERIENCE IS A MUST! Your ability to communicate professionally, using proper grammar, with business affiliates through email and on the telephone is extremely important as you will be the point of contact for our company. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Skills Work experience as an escrow assistant, escrow officer, loan processor, loan officer, real estate assistant, real estate agent, insurance underwriter, accounting clerk, bookkeeper or similar role is a must. Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality High School degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: Salary and bonus combined. Bonus Pay is determined by effectiveness in the position determined by the total amount of loans closed.
