What You’ll Do: As a Student Account Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for students regarding their tuition and financial account matters. Key Responsibilities: Support the collection of past-due student accounts by initiating follow-ups, sending payment reminders, and maintaining detailed documentation of outreach efforts to assist students in resolving outstanding balances in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain student accounts, including monitoring account statuses, processing payments, and creating payment plans. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing student inquiries regarding billing and financial obligations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and to facilitate student withdrawals or terminations. Utilize CRM systems to track and report on student accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Stay up-to-date with institutional policies and federal regulations impacting student accounts. Our partner seeks a Program Officer, Lending, to support a community development lending program in Upstate SC. This role involves deploying capital, guiding development capacity, and facilitating lending business development and loan originations that align with strategic priorities and a comprehensive approach to neighborhood revitalization.
