About this role One Park Financial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key partner in shaping our financial strategy and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for managing and improving the company’s core financial model, developing budgets and forecasts, and delivering performance insights to senior leadership. Beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities, the Senior Financial Analyst will have opportunities to collaborate with the Data & Risk Analytics team on portfolio monitoring, credit risk modeling, and cohort analysis. We are looking for someone who combines strong financial acumen with an interest in data and credit analytics, and who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and analytics in the financial services space. This is a high visibility role with direct access to senior executives, and a chance to shape the company’s growth. Main Responsibilities Financial Model Ownership: Maintain, enhance, and document the company’s core financial model; build scenarios and sensitivities; pressure-test key assumptions. Management Reporting: Build and present insightful dashboards and exec-ready materials that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities. Planning & Forecasting: Partner with leaders on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans; define and track KPIs. Performance Analysis: Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast; explain drivers, variances, and unit economics with actionable recommendations. Process Improvement: Streamline reporting, automate data flows, and tighten version control and auditability of models. Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Finance, Data, Risk, and Operations to align plans with business goals. Ad-Hoc Projects: Dive into special analyses for senior leadership as needed. Growth path (may evolve over time; not required on day one) Data & Credit Analytics: Partner on portfolio monitoring, cohort analysis, and credit risk modeling. BI Enablement: Help build or refine Power BI dashboards and self-serve metrics for business partners. Data Foundations: Collaborate on improving data quality, definitions, and model inputs. Requirements Must-haves: Must be able to commute to Coconut Grove, FL, 5 days a week. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3–6 years in FP&A or financial analysis with demonstrated model-building experience. Advanced Excel expertise (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, Power Query, array/dynamic formulas, scenario/sensitivity analysis). Strong analytical storytelling: distill complex data into clear insights and next steps; executive-ready communication. Nice-to-haves (pluses, not requirements): Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. SQL for querying and validating data. Interest in data and credit analytics for financial services and loans. Experience in lending/financial services (consumer or SMB), especially with loans, cohorts, or credit performance. Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboards and performance tracking. Job Summary: The Vista Care Payroll Specialist supports the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization across multiple service lines. Respond to and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, and benefits reports. Collaborate with the People Division and finance team to ensure all employee records are current and accurately reflected in the payroll system. Stay up to date on payroll systems, tools, and best practices. Support year-end processes, including W-2 generation and other tax documentation.
