Monitor officer performance and administer coaching or disciplinary action when directed by leadership. Maintain detailed shift activity logs and submit incident reports as needed. Respond to staffing issues, such as call-offs, and facilitate immediate solutions including coverage or schedule adjustments. Ensure that all personnel maintain valid licenses and certifications. Assist with investigations and follow-up actions regarding employee relations or security incidents. Eligible and willing to hold MD Agency Security License 2–3 years of experience managing security personnel or similar supervisory role. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Valid security officer license (SPO or equivalent). Ability to pass background checks and maintain a professional, uniformed appearance.
