The ideal candidate will have previous experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved. The MSPs Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all the information needed to deliver a project On-Time and On-Budget is available and gathered. We should be clear that this is NOT a hands-on IT Engineering role. This is a challenging role that requires support from stakeholders at many levels across the business. You will need to demonstrate leadership and team building skills and be able to balance these with the structure and discipline needed to manage and control project risks. Some really exciting initiatives are in place and that will allow you to make your mark in this organization and stand-out from the typical project manager. These include but are not limited to the following: Billable Hours Focus: Engage team members and Engineers on processes for properly documenting and increasing billable hours through automation PluralSight Implementation: Encourage professional development among Engineers to leverage recent PluralSight implementation company wide Microsoft Copilot: Encourage and mentor the use of Microsoft Copilot and other tooling among Engineers to improve efficiency REWST Low Code Implementation: Encourage and collaborate with Engineers on potential automation projects for routine and manual tasks Documentation/Process Improvement: Establish clear documentation standards for teams to follow and seek opportunities to implement process improvements to reduce inefficiencies. Automation Incentive Program: Assist with implementing a program where a 50/50 billable split happens between the Engineer developing the automation and the Engineer who executes the automation DevOps Implementation: Encourage and facilitate conversations with the team to adopt Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices as it relates to IT projects/infrastructure. Objectives of this role Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Requirements Prior experience in a Managed Services environment 5 or more years of project management experience Industry Project Management certification (i.e. - PMP, Project+, etc) Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

The Manufacturing Project Manager will join a growing team of Engineering and Health & Safety professionals helping our customers reduce their work-related risk to quality, productivity and employee health. Responsibilities will include oversight and proactively ensure the successful implementation of engineering projects, particularly within technical or manufacturing environments. This includes coordinating diverse teams of stakeholders, necessitating the ability to organize, manage, control, and direct activities for projects effectively. The role involves leading status meetings with the project team, maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as project timelines, dashboards, and meeting minutes. Furthermore, the Project Manager will be expected to provide detailed status reports and present project progress to management as applicable. This person will bridge the gap between technical teams and project execution, using their engineering insight to foresee potential challenges and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and risk mitigation. Successful candidates will have the following attributes: Background in project management Technical Fluency & Integration experience Experience with the integration of complex systems, such as plant floor systems, or other relevant technical integrations, is highly desirable. Technical understanding allows them to grasp project complexities and communicate effectively with engineering teams. Working knowledge of project management methodologies, such as: scope management, schedule development & integration, risk management, status & control planning, issue & action item management The ability to lead diverse teams, set clear objectives, and guide projects to successful completion. JOB SUMMARY: The Apartment Maintenance Porter is responsible for providing excellent resident service through daily maintenance projects as assigned by the direct supervisor. Punctuality, professionalism, and strong customer-service skills are also needed to support the initiatives of this position. This person must have a car to travel between properties within a 3-mile radius ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Establish working relationships with supervisors (PM or Maintenance), residents, and vendors. 2. Maintain building lighting, including light fixture and bulbs. 3. Maintain the maintenance shops in a clean and orderly fashion 4. Meet vendors and provide apartment access 5. Pick up materials at Home Depot as directed by your supervisor. Customer Service/Safety: 1. Adhere to safety protocols when completing maintenance tickets to ensure the safety of yourself and residents. 2. Provides timely communication maintenance concerns or trouble tickets with Property Manager Minimum Experience/Training Education: • High School diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license • Must have a reliable vehicle for travel between assigned locations • Two years of relevant experience preferred ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: •. Dependable, on-time, and good time management skills • General maintenance engineer experience. • Reliable Vehicle. • Legal to work in the United States. SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position. The schedule will require 40 hours per week. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Occasionally requires lifting 50 pounds or less.
