RV & Trailer Repair Technician – Full Time We are looking for a skilled RV & Trailer Technician to join our service team. Duties include diagnosing and repairing RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and appliances), chassis/brake/suspension work, roof and seal repairs, slide-outs, generators, and safety inspections. Candidates must have 2 years RV experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license. RVTI certification is a plus but not required. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors. Hiring experienced commercial painters for a large project at the Minot Air Force Base. Project will be aprox 1 year long. Candidates will have the option to continue employment after completion at different locations. Must be able to pass background check. Must be experienced. Bison Ridge Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators with at least 3 years experience. Must have experience installing underground wet utilities including water, sewer, and storm systems. Equipment experience should include excavators, front end loaders, dozers, compactors, skid steers, etc. Bison Ridge Construction has been delivering full-service general contracting and construction management services for residential and commercial land development projects since 2010. Duties and Responsibilities • Drive, operate and maneuver heavy equipment • Read and understand plans and specifications • Read and properly interpret survey grade stakes • Always operate equipment safely including operating equipment in the vicinity of underground and overhead utilities (communication, power, natural gas, etc.) to avoid damage and injury • Properly maintain equipment including daily pre and post inspections and daily greasing • Safely operate power tools (demo saws, compaction equipment, generators, air compressors, etc.) • Work safely at all times, observing all company policies, OSHA Regulations, and site-specific requirements and policies • Must have a collaborative attitude and willingness to perform any work that is required including general labor tasks which may include shoveling, lifting, etc. • Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays • Competent Person Training in excavation preferred, not required • Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Must be physically fit and able to perform construction labor activities including: frequent use of hands, arms, legs and whole body; long periods of balance, standing or sitting; frequent walking, climbing, bending and/or lifting; constant handling of material used during the pipe installation process; heavy lifting, moving, dragging, or connecting objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Must be able to work in all weather conditions including very hot, cold and wet conditions. Work Reporting Locations Foremen and/or Supervisors will inform employees of the work reporting location; the location will vary depending on project location; employees are expected to have reliable transportation to and from the work reporting location.
