We are looking to hire an experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Eugene. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work in a largely indoor heated shop. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in their trade and wants to be valued for their expertise.Lead the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet (diesel trucks, heavy equipment, light-duty vehicles, and trailers). Diagnose and repair diesel, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Work with operations staff to ensure equipment reliability. Mentor junior mechanics and be the go-to expert in the shop. 5–10 years of professional mechanic experience with a focus on diesel engines and heavy equipment or truck repair. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Prior experience mentoring or coordinating with other mechanics is preferred. Commitment to safety, reliability, and high-quality workmanship. Prefer Class A CDL but not required. Year-round stability with no seasonal gaps. Project Manager- Structural Steel/Misc. steel Fabrication Commercial Metal Products has an immediate opening for an in house structural steel/misc. metals project manage. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in structural steel and misc metals. Verifiable references required. This position is not a work from home position on site only. Duties and Responsibilities: Construction and Structural steel experience along with strong organizational and communication skills Minimum 5 Years Experience. Responsible for the management, coordination and administering multiple projects. Tekla EPM experience required Must have above average computer skills Must be able to develop schedules and progress reports Must be to read and interpret structural, architectural, and shop drawings. Bluebeam knowledge required Experience with steel detailing software and Auto Cad would be a plus but not required Must be able to communicate and advise detailers for shop drawings Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
