Note: We are looking for someone who fully understands plumbing, electrical, and building codes for residential construction projects in the DMV area. Responsibilities: Review residential project plans and ensure compliance with local building, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical codes (DC, Maryland, and Virginia). Visit job sites as needed to monitor construction progress and confirm quality and code compliance. Identify potential issues before inspections and provide practical solutions to meet code requirements.
