Tasks will include groundskeeping such as vacuuming and mopping all floors, restroom cleaning, empty and replace all trash can liners, dusting and cleaning of all desks and counters, break-room cleaning and sanitation. Currently only part-time 3 days per week at 2 hours per shift. Shift: 3 days per week Monday: Anytime after 8:30pm Wednesday: Anytime after 8:30pm Friday: Anytime after 8:30pm Qualifications: Candidate must have some experience in janitorial services such as mopping, vacuuming, trash changing, window cleaning, office cleaning, restroom cleaning and any other tasks that would relate to janitorial duties. This position may require ability to lift more than 25lbs. Ability to spend substantial time walking, standing, and performing the physical labor associated with cleaning facilities. This includes reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, speaking, and listening. Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role is crucial to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees and the public, following strict health and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Daily Mid-Day Duties: Clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (e.g., handrails, doorknobs, light switches, restroom fixtures, break room appliances). Use appropriate cleaners and disinfectants per surface type; follow product label instructions. Allow disinfectants to air dry for effectiveness. Restock all dispensers (soap, paper towels, sanitizer, etc.). Empty and sanitize waste and recycling receptacles; change liners as needed. Clean vinyl chairs, wood panels, and railings. Power scrub and seal grout and tile in restrooms. Strip, rinse, and seal hard floors in applicable rooms. Qualifications: Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectant use. Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols.
