Responsibilities Supervise roofing crews and daily field operations. Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics with project management. Maintain production schedules and quality control throughout each phase. Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience. Minimum 2 years as a foreman or lead man managing crews. Must be willing to travel statewide — projects vary by region. Ability to read plans/specifications and complete daily reports. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Compensation & Incentives Signing Bonus: Based on experience. Travel Incentives: Daily per diem, mileage or fuel card, hotel accommodations paid (as applicable).
