We are a bakery which offers a variety viennoiserie and breads on a rotating seasonal menu highlighting French technique with Mexican flavors. We are hiring passionate bakers who are willing to learn and be thorough in an artisan bakery! As a baker at Forma you will work closely with the owner to make hand shaped, highly fermented products fresh every morning. The seasonally rotating menu involves a range of traditional and plant based viennoiserie, naturally leavened breads, conchas, and small pastry items. Regardless of position, you will be required to shape a large range of items and be cross involved in many of the products. Currently we are looking for bakers to do the bread bake where you will bake our range of hearth breads, shape baguettes, and assist in production and prep.
