Guaranteed $20/hr delivery job available (full and part time). Drivers receive $11/hr base, + an additional $2 for every 3rd party order delivered + TIPS on top. On average a delivery driver makes at least $23-25 per hour. The major difference with Joe's vs other delivery jobs is we guarantee an all-in $20/hour minimum rate. So if you make less than $20/hr on a weekly basis, we'll pay you the difference - you will not walk with less than $20/hr no matter what. 401k match after 1 year.
