Position summary A&A Security Group is looking for disciplined, trustworthy Unarmed Security Officers to safeguard clients and assets across a variety of sites including corporate campuses, construction sites, events, and residential communities. Primary duties Maintain a visible unarmed presence to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other unlawful acts. Conduct scheduled and random patrols of assigned areas, check doors/gates, and secure premises. Operate access control points — verify IDs, log guests, and maintain visitor logs. Monitor and respond to alarm activations and suspicious activity; notify law enforcement when necessary. Write clear, timely incident reports and submit them per company procedure. Required qualifications Must possess a valid state security guard license and an active unarmed/firearms permit for security work (state-specific).
