Qualifications:  Engineering and/or Construction Management degree (state certification not required) OR 10+ years of management experience with strong field experience.  Minimum 8 years field experience managing the development and construction of projects.  Previous experience with a commercial Construction Manager or general contractor is preferred.  Experience on projects over $5 million in size and complexity.  Excels in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other industry leaders in a professional manner.  Previous experience with checking progress drawings, running meetings, and pushing the process to meet deadlines.  Extensive experience developing value engineering and constructability analysis.
