NOW HIRING CLASS A YARD TRUCK DRIVERS!   Now Hiring Class A Yard Drivers - Whitestown, IN  Job Description PM Shift: $27/hour + Overtime pay after 40 hours Wednesday – Saturday Start time: 5 PM 12-hour shifts (Wednesdays: 6-hour shifts) 42 hours per week Four-day work week Must have previous yard driving experience Must be able to work assigned schedule  TCI Requirements: Minimum 12 months of Class A experience within the last 2 years  Satisfactory Employment Verifications for the past 3 years. Resident Manager Opportunity — North Bay Apartment Community We’re looking to add a dedicated, proactive, and personable Resident Manager to join our team at a residential property in North Bay. If you enjoy hands-on property management, take pride in maintaining a well-run building, and value creating a welcoming environment for tenants, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do: Maintenance & Repairs: Handle minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks. Conduct regular property inspections to catch issues early and coordinate with contractors for larger jobs. Tenant Support: Be the go-to person for residents’ non-emergency questions, concerns, and maintenance requests. Respond quickly and professionally to keep tenants satisfied. Unit Turnover: Assist with cleaning and prepping units between tenants, including minor repairs and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
