Cleans the work area frequently during the day and before the end of the shift. Keeps tools, supplies and equipment organized and in good repair. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Performs general labor tasks at the build site. ● Assists carpenters with all types of carpentry work including, but not limited to, framing, trim, siding, installation of windows and doors, cabinet installation and finish work. ● Uphold Proform’s standards of excellence, professionalism and integrity. ● Cleans and organizes the work area multiple times during the shift. ● Preps tasks. ● Wears appropriate gear and personal protective equipment to work safely. ● Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment in compliance with federal, state, local and Proform requirements. ● Communicates professionally and effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, employees, neighbors and Proform staff. ● Other duties as assigned.
