At the same time, the Democrats are shutting down the Federal Government.  Blue Cross is requesting a 21% rate increase in Georgia, and Centene, called Ambetter, is asking for a 39% hike. This couple's Ambetter monthly cost is rising from $262 to $3,147. United Healthcare (UHC) requested a 40% increase, raising its monthly cost from $819 to $3,918.
