Vector Marketing is looking for sales reps to join our team. Basic responsibilities include working with customers one on one, explaining our American made products, and writing up any orders. There is a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn’t based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn’t needed. We work with a lot of people who are looking to build up their communication and networking skills. We provide all the training needed for success. Benefits: Excellent pay – $26.50 base-appt, not based on sales, weekly pay. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week. Solid training – We’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales & communication skills they build are needed for any field. Flexible scheduling – Schedules can be arranged around classes, full time jobs, travel plans, and family commitments. Join our team as a Window & Door Customer Service Representative and be the face of our company to homeowners and contractors. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person visits. Assist customers in selecting the right windows and doors for their projects by providing expert product and service information. Prepare and manage sales quotes, estimates, and special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Accurately enter and process sales orders and transactions using our POS system. Handle and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies or product concerns, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Maintain and update customer records and interactions within our database. Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered correctly. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying informed on new offerings and industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in customer service, sales, or the construction/building materials industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, MS Office, and experience with POS or CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with taking measurements and interpreting basic product specifications is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for solving problems and helping others.
