Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Window Installer with glazing and carpentry/finishing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in window and door replacement and finish carpentry, framing, or remodeling, along with hands-on experience installing residential windows and doors and glazing. This role requires precision, problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship in customers’ homes. Please submit a resume for consideration. Responsibilities • Safely and efficiently install replacement windows and doors in residential settings. • Remove existing windows, doors, and trim with care to avoid damage to surrounding areas. • Perform necessary carpentry work, including framing, shimming, trimming, and adjusting openings for proper fit. • Apply sealants, insulation, and weatherproofing materials to ensure energy efficiency and long-term durability. • Operate power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively. • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members. • Maintain a clean and safe worksite, respecting each home as if it were your own. • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they arise. • Follow company safety policies and industry best practices at all times. Qualifications • 3+ years of verifiable experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction. • Prior experience with window and door installation. • Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and blueprints. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions. • Reliable, professional, and punctual with strong problem-solving skills.
