Experienced Carpenters Wanted - Southern NH (Charlestown, NH & Surround)

Are you an experienced and skilled Carpenter looking to work for a great pay and benefits? Blanc & Bailey Construction Inc. location in Charlestown, New Hampshire and must be willing to travel to job sites throughout the surrounding areas. Hours: Full Time – Monday through Friday Qualifications: Driver’s license (required), 3 to 5 years carpentry experience. Benefits: Health Insurance, Holidays, Retirement Plan with Match, Vacation Benefits, Personal Days, Jury Duty Leave, Bereavement Leave, Employee Discounts Duties: Installing foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials. Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim. Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, framework, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools. Completes dry wall installation, to include hanging, mudding, and finishing. Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level. Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace. Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned. Cleans up worksite debris. Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment. ***Additional Responsibilities Proper tracking of project time utilizing construction software. Must be able to take direction as necessary and work well in a team environment. Ability to keep a professional and clean job site. Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety. Must be flexible with the day to day tasks and assignments, and have the ability to work under pressure on tasks that are time sensitive. All responsibilities will be carried out in a positive and professional manner. BBCI requires all Carpenter staff to be available for a 40-hour work week. Must have valid driver’s license and carpenter hand tools. Carpenter compensation based on experience and performance.
