Power Tools: ● Competent and safe use of but not limited to: table saw, radial arm saw, pneumatic tools, grinder, dremel, planer and other tools as necessary. Taking measurements, staking, stringing and flagging sites in prep for installation. Pruning, fruit tree & plant care. Garden Handyperson Services: ● Repair and enhance existing garden fences, gates, irrigation, raised beds, pathways, landscapes and more. Physical Strength and Dexterity: • Hauling of garden soil, compost, gravel and fill dirt, garden boxes and other heavy items as needed and have mobility to work on hands and knees or overhead when standing on the ground. Leadership Abilities Performance/Production: ● Teach crew members procedures and production techniques. ● Do job layout with minimal assistance. ● Demonstrate ability to run most size projects with little assistance. ● Provide input to help improve estimating and production. ● Ability to multi-task.
