Role Scope Developing lesson plans and materials to teach basic language skills to students. Conducting online or in-person language classes for students. Evaluating students' progress and providing feedback to help them improve. Collaborating with other volunteers and staff members to develop effective teaching strategies. Providing support and guidance to students to help them achieve their language learning goals. Participating in training sessions and workshops provided by TEEI to enhance your teaching skills. Requirements Experience in teaching or tutoring language learners. Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. DSPs help clients navigate outings by assisting with social norms, money management, social skills, and help them to engage in activities.
