Responsible for the appearance of the building exteriors, entryways, walkways, doors, and railings 5. Responsible for the inspection and/or maintenance of all property lighting (street poles, lollipop lights, breezeway lights, exit sign, and emergency lights). Should be inspected on a weekly basis.
