This role is essential for ensuring reliable connectivity, network security, and overall system performance. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with enterprise-level networking technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with service desk team. Technical Support & Ticket Management • Monitor, maintain, and support servers, networks, and related infrastructure. • Install, configure, and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking devices. • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, or bandwidth issues. • Implement and manage network security protocols, including VPNs, intrusion prevention, and access controls. • Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patch management. • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery preparedness for critical network systems. • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures. • Work with vendors and service providers to manage connectivity and troubleshoot issues. • Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated networking incidents. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps. • Document completed project tasks and ensure proper handover to client and or service desk team. • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
