Conduct evaluations and corrective actions as needed. Operational Excellence Track food cost %, labor %, and implement corrective actions. Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs handled quickly. Report daily/weekly results directly to ownership. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-casual or casual dining.
