Responsibilities Will work directly with the Senior VP of Operations and prepare for his review items related to the following tasks: 1. Enter weekly Work Orders into CleanTelligent. 2. Collect weekly Spill Logs from 11 mall locations and 2 Convention locations, revise for accuracy. 3. Collect monthly Roof Leak reports from 11 mall managers, revise for accuracy, and submit a monthly summary. 4. Prepare a Monthly Service Work Order Summary by collecting requests/complaints from managers and sending reports to Quality Assurance team. 5. Create Employee of the Month awards, coordinate manager submissions (photo + write-up). 6. Update monthly reporting (Periodic Work Schedule, roster updates, efficiencies). 7. Place monthly supply orders through WB Mason portal. 8. Monitor Corrigo one-time work orders to ensure timely completion. 9. Ensure managers submit Monthly Inspections via email with photos to clients. 10. Collect quarterly roster updates from managers. 11. Track and revise Cintas uniform invoices monthly with Mall managers. 12. Collect monthly Secret Shop reports from all Mall managers. 13. Confirm and document equipment transfers between departments. 14. Maintain and update Metal & Stone Hours Report to track budgeted maintenance contract hours. Requirements and skills • 1 + years’ proven experience as an assistant or doing similar work • Excellent organizing abilities • Great attention to detail • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with relevant computer software • Great interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with various levels of management to coordinate deliverables • Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required
