We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee our fast-paced corporate catering kitchen. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. -Monitor food costs and waste management to optimize profitability. -Coordinate catering services everyday, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. -Deliver and set up meals in professional settings, using a company vehicle. Skills -Proven ability in food service management and catering operations. -Problem-solving, relationship-building, and product knowledge (as you learn our menu) are key for this position. -Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team. -Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in menu planning and execution. -Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. -Ability to work early mornings.
