Company: Crownswift Services (West Texas & regional lanes) Type: Flexible / Rotation (2-on-1-off or 3-on-2-off) About the Role We’re expanding and looking for a reliable CDL Class A driver with 2+ years’ experience. Work includes hotshot gooseneck/dually and step-deck loads. Forklift experience is helpful (certificate a plus). Pay 30% of line-haul revenue (weekly pay) Typical potential: $1,500–$2,500/week (depends on load availability & hustle) Schedule Flexible rotations: 2-on-1-off or 3-on-2-off On-call/short dispatches available with 1–2 hour minimum callout, with the option to take more runs if desired What You’ll Do Safely haul hotshot & step-deck freight (securement: straps/chains/tarps) Complete pre/post-trip inspections & logs (ELD) Communicate professionally with dispatch/customers Load/unload; forklift use when needed (training or cert a plus) What We Need CDL Class A, 2+ yrs verifiable driving experience Clean MVR & able to pass DOT drug/alcohol screening Experience with gooseneck/dually and/or step-deck required Strong work ethic, dependable, team-first attitude that fits our culture Forklift experience/certification preferred (not required) TWIC and relevant endorsements a plus Culture Fit Matters We evaluate candidates on experience, work history, references, and willingness to work the agreed rotation.
