Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top national AmLaw firm on a long-term contract opportunity for a Real Estate Attorney with homebuilder experience. This role offers full-time hours, strong potential to extend, and the chance to work with an exceptional legal team. What you'll do: Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts Prepare closing documents and review title and survey matters Draft homeowners association (HOA) and easement agreements Handle other ancillary development documents What we're looking for: JD and active bar admission Experience working with a homebuilder (law firm or in-house) General real estate experience preferred Available 35-40 hours per week (no concurrent work) Pay rate: $85-$93/hour, DOE Licensed and living in New York State Details: Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months to start, likely to extend Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
