I am looking for a skilled carpenter that has finish skills, has transportatio, and his own tools for a 2-3 week project starting around Nov 3... I am starting a single family family rehab and need a quality guy to act as lead carpenter, and I will assist; you should be well versed in problem solving construction issues, figuring out "work arounds", and enjoy completed sub tasks somewhat quickly..... Should be able to do some of the following: 1. Install kitchen cabinets with some modifications (no countertop) 2. Install laminate flooring/after installation of subflooring in a couple rooms. 3. Interior wood casing 4. Install interior and exterior pre-hung doors I will buy and transport all materials to job site... I will have a laborer onsite... Cash paid daily...
