The ideal candidate will lead a team of 5, manage support operations, and ensure system reliability across a variety of platforms and tools. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 5 NOC technicians, ensuring effective workflow and issue resolution. Manage, track, and resolve incidents through a ticketing system. Administer and support Office 365 and Active Directory environments. Configure and maintain MFA and MDM solutions. Support and manage cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure (Entra). Implement and monitor EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions. Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles.
