Roles and Responsibilites: Defines and creates data specifications for reports and analysis based on business requirements, evaluating available and new data elements. Supports inquiry resolution, data validation, and trend analysis. Investigates problems, identifies root causes, and provides detailed findings. Produces datasets and reports by manipulating unstructured data from internal/external marketing and media channels. Identifies and addresses data-related issues by understanding underlying processes. Communicates findings clearly to clients and internal teams. Conducts quantitative/qualitative analyses to develop commercial data solutions for pharmaceutical clients. Identifies trends and patterns in datasets to enhance commercial data quality operations. Assists with client inquiries and internal projects, summarizing data to identify trends and resolve issues. Performs data quality analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures. Education/Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial data operations, sales operations, or incentive compensation (added value). • Proficiency in SQL, Python, PPT, Excel, any knowledge of Tableau (or similar BI tools). • Strong knowledge of patient-level data integrations, Longitudial patient level claims data, specialty pharmacy and hub, and specialty distributor datasets and Syndicated data from Iqvia, Symphony, Komodo health data. • Understanding of daa usage by pharma brand analytics and key commercial analytics techniques. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field."

Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics to transform complex data into clear, impactful insights that directly influence marketing strategy and business outcomes. In this role, you will leverage SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools to uncover opportunities, optimize metrics, and measure performance across company initiatives. Success will be defined by your ability to deliver accurate, actionable, and timely insights that improve initiative ROI, enhance decision-making, and create measurable business value. You will excel if you can: Design and deliver high-quality analyses that lead to strategic recommendations. Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
