We are seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to enhance our front office operations. Position is PART TIME with hours Monday- Friday 8:30am - 2pm (end time can vary depending on patient volume) Wednesday is 8:30am- 5pm Position is SEASONAL we only need the help till about April/May Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression. * Answer incoming calls and return messages promptly. * Check patients in and out efficiently. * Collect payments both over the phone and in-office. * Verify medical coverage with various insurance providers (HMO, Medicare). * Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits. * Maintain organized patient records by pulling charts, scanning documents, and managing office workflow. * Follow up with patients to reschedule missed appointments daily. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in chiropractic or holistic health. * Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. * Proficiency with EMRs, phone systems, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment (scanning, faxing). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. * Ability to educate patients about services and products in a professional manner. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
