Seeking a full-time Leasing Agent / Office Assistant for 97 apartment units in the Maplewood Area. Excitingly, our company OFFERS A 4-DAY WORK WEEK, Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:30pm with a half hour paid meal break. This position offers a competitive wage of $18.00 to $21.00 based on experience, along with 100% PREMIUM PAID MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE, and Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST), PTO and nine (9) paid Holiday's. Applicant must; meet MN Compliance to the employment background reporting, have a valid drivers license, dependable vehicle and valid vehicle insurance. Duties include but are not limited to; apartment showings, application review, unit inspections, general office duties, assisting the Property Manager and filling in for absence.
