Front Range Staffing is seeking a Sales Support Administrative Assistant with 1–2 years’ experience for a manufacturing company in Northern Colorado Springs. Pay: $22-24hr Schedule : Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm An ideal candidate for this role would possess the following skills and experience: • 1–2 years of experience in Sales and/or administrative roles. • ERP software experience required (Oracle / NetSuite preferred). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, delivering excellent customer service and timely support. • Assist management with administrative and operational tasks. • Process orders and ensure accurate, prompt fulfillment. • Oversee packing, shipping, and logistics of products. • Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and resolve inquiries. • Maintain department schedules, reports, and digital boards with current information. • Manage and update spreadsheets and records in SharePoint. • Support invoice processing and assist with digital inventory management, including transfers, refurbishing, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. • Contribute to quality control efforts by assisting with data entry and internal procedure support.
